Follow the key travel stages for the PEP Symposium 2026.

1. Before 5 Oct

   Departure from home country

   Plan your arrival before the symposium begins.

2. 5 October

   Chennai / Bengaluru

   Chennai International Airport, Chennai / Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru

3. 5–7 October

   Vellore · CMC campus

   Shared airport transfers from Chennai or Bengaluru to Vellore will be arranged by the CMC Vellore team. All symposium sessions and activities in Vellore take place around the CMC Vellore campus.

4. 7 October

   Travel to New Delhi

   Departure from Chennai Airport on 7th October is recommended. Tentative flights: Indigo 6E 939 (13:00–15:55), Air India AI 2468 (14:00–16:55), or Air India AI 2484 (16:20–19:20).

5. 7–9 October

   New Delhi · AIIMS & India Habitat Centre

   Shared airport transfers from New Delhi Airport will be arranged by the PHFI team. Sessions take place at AIIMS New Delhi and India Habitat Centre.

6. After 9 Oct

   Return

   Plan your departure after the symposium concludes.
